My current research focuses on physical based deformable modelling for cell growth simulation, Delaunay triangulation model to capture the persistence of protein functional surface. I also participated in developing and maintaining the software CASTp for protein surface pocket detection and CPalign for sequence order independent protein structural alignment.
These two videos show the modeling of cell migration and cell growth respectively.
